Small, medium, and large commercial applications for their occupancy. Check with your City Bylaws and/or contactor guidelines. City Bylaws will typically mandate commercial fire monitoring systems. It depends on the building code in your area and zoning.

We will provide you a quote on the installation and connection of the fire monitoring panel to the centre, while you already have a fire alarm panel.

It depends on the municipality, but most times a fire truck is still dispatched to investigate (with fee). If your building has the Open Access service, many fire departments allow for certain number of false alarms in a 12-month period.

Notify the fire monitoring provider wherever you start and finish testing fire alarms. This way the account can be marked as being “on test” so the fire department is not dispatched.

If there is a yellow triangle showing on the keypad: a trouble notification.
This could indicate that there is low battery, a system communication failure, trouble in one of the zones.

The owner of a building requires signals to the fire department shall provide evidence of compliance to the authority having jurisdiction by means of a Fire Protective Signaling Certificate from a certified listing agency showing:

a) the address of the building,
b) the listed fire alarm installation company, and
c) the listed fire alarm monitoring company.
